Garden Skillet

1 stick butter
3 zucchini, cut into slices
1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 green pepper, cut into strips
2 Tbs chopped onion
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tomatoes, cut up
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Melt butter in skillet and add vegetables and garlic salt. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender, stirring occasionally. Top with tomatoes and cook 3 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese.
