Indian Fried Bread

2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
4 tsps baking powder
1 tsp salt

Sift dry ingredients. Add milk. Mix well. Turn out onto floured board and knead until sticky. Pinch off in pieces about the size of a walnut and roll out thin. Prick with fork and fry in hot deep fat.

* Make yourself a Navajo Taco by topping with chili, ground beef, beans, cheese or anything else you like!
