Mama's Own Raisin Pie

2 cups raisins
1 Tbs butter
1 1/2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs corn starch or flour
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs lemon peel, shreaded
1 cup walnuts, chopped
2 pie crusts

Cover raisins with water and cook until tender. Add butter, sugar and corn starch or flour that's been dissolved in a bit of the hot water first. Then add the lemon juice, lemon peel and walnuts. Pour into pie crust. Top with remaining pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350.
