Slim Tomato Soup

2 cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup celery, sliced
2 cups tomato juice
Celery salt
Pepper
Chopped celery tops

Combine water and bouillon cubes in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add cabbage and cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add celery and simmer until tender. Add tomato juice. Season to taste with celery salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped celery tops.
