1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
4 cups rhubarb, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
dash salt
2 pie crust (1 for the bottom and 1 for the top)
Mix the sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg and add to the beaten eggs. Mix until smooth. Pour over chopped rhubarb and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
