1 6-oz can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 cups sweet pickle relish
2 tsp celery seed
2 oz jar sliced pimento.
Drain corn but save 1/4 cup liquid. Set corn aside. Combine the liquid, celery seeds and pickle relish in a sauce pan and cook 1 minute. Turn off heat and add corn and pimento.
* if desired can add boiled eggs and crisp bacon.
