Beef and Cabbage Casserole

1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 cup celery
Number 3 can of tomatoes *
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup bread crumbs

Brown meat in skillet, add onion, celery and tomatoes. Stir till mixed. Place a layer of cabbage on the bottom of a greased 2 qrt casserole dish. Spoon on a layer of meat and another of cabbage. Top layer should be cabbage. Spoon bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Velveeta Cheeseburger Mac

1 lb ground beef
3/4 cups milk
1/3 cup ketchup
1 pkg Velveeta Shells & Cheese dinner
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, sliced

Brown beef in large skillet, drain. Add 1 1/4 cups water, the milk and ketchup. Mix well and bring to boil. Stir in macaroni, return to boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Stir in the cheese sauce, tomato and onion till well blended.

Meat Balls and Cabbage

1 lb ground beef
salt and pepper
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs oil
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 head cabbage, cut in quarters

Combine and mix well the meat, rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Shape into small balls and brown. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Top with cabbage and cook until tender.
