6 pieces bacon
1 fryer, cut up (chicken)
1 bunch green onion, choppped
1 cup catsup
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 drops hot pepper sauce
10 oz pkg frozen corn
Fry bacon till crisp, remove and drain. Brown chicken parts in bacon grease. Add onion after 20 minutes. Drain off fat. Add 3 1/2 cups water, catsup, salt & pepper sauce. Bring to boil, add corn. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Chinese Chicken Bake
2 Tbs butter, melted
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 1/2 cups rice crispies cereal
1 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (or turkey)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups chopped celery
2 Tbs green chopped onion
4 1/2 tsps soy sauce
Combine butter and onion powder. Gradually add the cereal, stirring well until coated. Set aside. Combine pineapple, chicken, soup, celery, green onion and soy sauce. Stir in 1 cup of the cereal mixture. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups of the cereal mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
